  1. In-Store Pickup
  • Availability: Your order will be ready for pickup 1 to 2 hours after purchase, from Monday to Saturday.
  • Requirements: Present your proof of purchase (printed or digital) when picking up your order.
  • Third-Party Authorization: If someone else is picking up your order, you must send us prior authorization via email or WhatsApp.

Where Do I Pick Up My Order?

  • Location: Vía Transístmica, Pueblo Nuevo, entering through FD Center, Panama City.
  • Process: Go to our office, and our staff will assist you in quickly and securely picking up your order.
  1. Home Delivery
  • Metropolitan Area: Delivery within 24 to 72 business hours.
  • Rest of the Country: Delivery time is up to 7 business days.
  • Free Shipping: For purchases over B/.100 in Panama City, West Panama, and Colón.

Shipping Coverage We ship to all provinces in Panama through trusted carriers, ensuring the safety and coverage of your purchase.

Difficult-to-Access Areas: In some remote or hard-to-reach areas, our logistics operator may not provide service. We recommend confirming coverage before placing your order.

  1. Delivery Process
  • Notifications: We will notify you via email or WhatsApp when your order is ready for pickup or on its way.
  • Accurate Information: Ensure you provide the correct address and contact details to avoid delays.
  • Delivery Attempts: We include two delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, the order will need to be picked up at our offices.
  1. Peak Season (November 20 to December 31) Delivery times may be extended due to high demand. We appreciate your understanding.
